Welcome to Karting Log, an application developed and operated by Lilas Solutions SpA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Karting Log app and related services, available on Android, iOS and the web.

By using Karting Log, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Introduction

Karting Log helps karting drivers, and the parents and coaches who follow them, record their sessions, lap times, tracks and championships, and follow their progress over time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Karting Log, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information. These Terms apply on every platform where the app is available.

3. Accounts

You can use Karting Log without signing in. In guest mode, the app creates an anonymous account to store and back up your data. You can sign in with Google or Apple at any time to keep your data linked to that account and synced across your devices.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure. If you use the app on a shared device, anyone using it may see your data.

Karting Log is intended for users aged 13 and older. Younger children may use it only through a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the data and pictures you add to Karting Log (“your content”). You grant us only the rights we need to store, process and display your content in order to provide the service.

When you record information about other people, such as other drivers’ names, lap times or pictures, you are responsible for having their permission, or the permission of their parent or legal guardian if they are minors.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Results read from photos are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, so you should review them before saving.

5. Acceptable Use

By using Karting Log, you agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive or that infringes on other people’s rights
  • Store information about other people without their permission
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or bypass the app’s security measures
  • Interfere with or overload the app or its services
  • Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. License and Ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Karting Log, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in Karting Log, including its trademarks, design and technology, remain the sole property of Lilas Solutions SpA.

7. Pricing and Subscriptions

Karting Log is currently free to use and has no ads. In the future, we may introduce subscription features through in-app purchases in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Their prices and terms will be shown before you purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide Karting Log “as is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results read from photos will be accurate. Lilas Solutions SpA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including data loss or service interruptions.

9. Termination

You can stop using Karting Log at any time and request the deletion of your account as described on our account deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Karting Log if you violate these Terms or use the app in an unauthorized way. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continuing to use Karting Log after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chile.
