Lilas Solutions SpA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this account deletion guide to help users permanently remove their Mini Business account and associated data in compliance with Google Play Data safety policies.
How to Delete Your Mini Business Account
To delete your Mini Business account, you must contact us directly via email. Account deletion is not available through the app interface.
Email Request Method:
Send an email to contact@lilas.solutions with the subject line “Account Deletion Request - Mini Business” and include:
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your Mini Business account, the following information is permanently removed:
Personal Information
- Email address (used for account authentication)
Business Data
- All sales records and transaction details
- Purchase records and expense tracking data
- Client information (names, contact details, addresses)
- Provider information (names, contact details, addresses)
- All reports and summaries generated by the app
- Custom business settings and preferences
Account Information
- Account authentication data
- App usage statistics and preferences
Data Retention Policy
Immediate Deletion (Within 30 days)
- All personal information (email address)
- All business data (sales, purchases, clients, providers)
- Account authentication data
- App settings and preferences
Legal Compliance Retention
In certain circumstances, we may retain minimal data for legal compliance purposes:
- Basic transaction records (if applicable for paid features)
- Data required for legal investigations or disputes
- Information necessary to comply with applicable laws
Maximum Retention Period: 7 years for legal compliance purposes only
What Cannot Be Recovered
Once your account is deleted:
- All business records and transaction data are permanently lost
- Client and provider information cannot be recovered
- Reports and summaries cannot be regenerated
- Account reactivation is not possible with the same data
- You will need to create a new account to use Mini Business again
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Important Note: During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible, but final data removal may take up to 30 days to complete across all our systems.
Data Downloaded Before Deletion
If you wish to download your business data before deletion, please contact us at contact@lilas.solutions with the subject line “Data Export Request - Mini Business” at least 7 days before requesting account deletion.
