Plans & Features

  • Basic (free): 1 owned business, offline-first, no cloud sync, no AI scans, solo use. You can join Pro businesses as a member.
  • Pro (paid): Up to 3 owned businesses, cloud sync + multi-device, unlimited team members, 100 AI document scans per business per month.
  • Ownership vs membership: A user can own up to the plan limit; membership in other businesses is unlimited. If an owner’s Pro subscription lapses, that business reverts to Basic features.

Getting Started

  1. Sign in with Google (and Apple on iOS).
  2. Create your first business or join with an invitation code.
  3. For Pro: ensure subscription is active, then wait for the first sync to finish.

Sync & Offline

  • Offline mode: Basic stays offline; Pro works offline and syncs when online.
  • Sync states: Initializing → syncing → ready. If you see “Waiting for network…”, check connectivity and keep the app open.
  • Conflicts: If a record changed elsewhere, choose to keep your version or accept the server version.
  • Business switching: Changing business restarts data loading; allow a few seconds for sync to complete.

AI Document Scanning

  • Available on Pro only; 100 scans per business per month.
  • Supported: photos (JPEG/PNG) and PDFs for sales or purchases.
  • Workflow: Tools → Scan Document → select type → upload → review extracted items → save or discard.

Team Collaboration

  • Invite members (Pro only): Business → Members → Create invitation → share the code. Codes typically expire in 7 days.
  • Join a business: Use the invitation code; email must match the invitation if specified.
  • Permissions: Members can add/edit business data; owners manage subscriptions and member access.

FAQ

Why can’t I sync my data online?

Basic plan is offline-only. Upgrade to Pro and let the initial sync finish on a stable connection.

What happens if my subscription expires?

Owned businesses downgrade to Basic: sync stops, AI scans disabled, and team invites blocked. Reactivate Pro to restore features.

How do I invite teammates?

Pro only. Go to Business → Members → Create invitation, share the code, and ask them to join from “Join business”.

Why do I see a sync conflict?

Another device edited the same record. Pick whether to keep your version or accept the server version.

How many AI scans do I have?

100 scans per month per business on Pro. The counter resets monthly. Basic has 0.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes on Pro. Basic is single-device offline because it has no cloud sync.

Why did my AI scan fail?

Common causes: poor image quality, unsupported format, or monthly quota exceeded. Try a clearer photo or check quota.

How do I switch businesses?

Tap the Switch Business button in the main menu and select another business. Data reloads and may take a few seconds to sync.

Can I leave a business I joined?

Yes. Leaving removes your access to that data. Owners cannot leave their own business; they can delete it instead.
