  • Academic details of student such as grades, school/college subjects, and syllabus

Study-bot stores data that users directly input into the application. We do not collect any data automatically or from third-party sources.

Account Information

We create a user account linked to your Google OAuth2 login. No manual email or password is required, and only your Google email and authentication information are stored securely.

Device Information

We collect basic device details such as device type, operating system version, and language settings to ensure the app works correctly.

How We Collect Information

We collect information by single-click registration via Google OAuth2, automatic collection during app initialization, and user-provided information during profile setup.

Usage Information

We collect data about how you interact with Study-bot, including usage of study tools like flash cards, quizzes, and cheat sheets, to personalize and improve your experience.

  • We use serverless Azure Functions for backend processing.
  • User authentication and account information are secured with Google OAuth2.

  • Security measures include: encryption and strict access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access, encrypted data storage, and secure Azure cloud infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing

About third-party sharing, this includes Google OAuth authentication. There is no additional third-party data sharing and no social media integration. All information remains confidential and is accessible only to you.

As a user of Study-Bot, you can or are responsible for:

  • Access and update your personal information by using the app.
  • Delete your account and all related data at any time.
  • Data retention applies only while your account is active or as required for legal reasons.

Study-bot is available on multiple platforms to provide seamless access across devices, including iOS and Android mobile apps, as well as through our web platform at lilas.solutions.

Study-bot is currently a free app. In the future, we plan to offer subscription-based features through first-party in-app purchases via Apple Store and Google Play.
